About The Eating History Podcast
Every dish has a past worth digging into. On Eating History, Michelin-starred chef and Top Chef runner-up Adrienne Cheatham teams up with her husband, historian Stephen Bailey, to trace one food each season back to where it really started — and the people and places that have made it what it is today. New episodes drop every Wednesday.
